When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address and the message you send. When you book a call through Calendly, Calendly collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy. We also record which buttons and links are clicked on this site (for example "Book a free call") so we can understand what visitors find useful — this record contains no personal information about you.
We use your contact details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to deliver the work you have asked for. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or add you to marketing lists.
Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up and keep a record of our conversation, then deleted. Customer records are kept for as long as needed to deliver services and meet legal or tax obligations.
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email adunmoidris87@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
