Package prices shown on this site are guide ranges; the exact price for your project is confirmed in writing before any work begins, so you always know the cost up front. Payment terms (including any deposit) are agreed in writing per project.
We aim to deliver within the timescale agreed for your project. You will have the chance to review the site and request reasonable revisions before it goes live. Timelines depend on you providing the content, feedback and access we need.
Care plans are optional, billed monthly, and cover hosting, updates, security checks and small edits as described on the site. You can cancel at the end of any month; there is no minimum term.
Once your project is paid in full, the finished website and its content belong to you. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
We take reasonable care in everything we deliver, but we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
